Title: HVAC Service Sales Representative
Responsibilities Include but Not Limited to:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for commercial HVAC services by conducting market research, generating leads, and following up with prospects
Building and maintaining relationships and trust with customers and clients by providing regular follow-ups, updates, and feedback and by addressing their needs and concerns
Conducting site visits and assessments to determine the HVAC needs of commercial clients by inspecting their facilities, evaluating their current systems and identifying areas for improvement Preparing and presenting proposals and quotes to clients by analyzing their HVAC needs, designing customized solutions and outlining the benefits and costs of our services
Negotiating contracts and closing sales by persuading clients to choose our services, agreeing on the terms and condition, and ensuring the proper documentation and authorization
Collaborating with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction by communicating the client\'s expectations, coordinating the service delivery, and resolving any issues or complaints
Staying current on industry trends and developments by attending trade shows, seminars, and workshops, and by reading industry publications and newsletters
Regularly maintain and enter activity and campaign effectiveness through the CRM system

Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the HVAC industry with a focus on commercial and industrial markets
Valid driver\'s license and willingness to travel as needed
Degree or diploma in a related field, such as HVAC, Engineering or Business
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and applications
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
Positive attitude and a commitment to professionalism, integrity, and sound judgment
Self-motivated and self-starting with a results-driven approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace and CRM / Service software similar to BuildOps
