Title: Senior Controls Systems TechnicianCompany Description: Assisting businesses in Eastern New England with complex building automation and security systems, the leading independent controls contractor in New England seeks a Controls Systems Engineer.
Responsibilities Include but Not Limited to:

Perform job walkthrough review on assigned projects with Sub-contractor’s Foreman and ENE Systems Project Manager
Programming of all controllers per specified sequences of operation
Oversee and ensure electrical installation of control system components meets company standards and the expectations of the Project Manager
Perform and document all commissioning and validation procedures performed pertaining to the installation of the scope of work
Continually update and maintain project’s master field set of documentation for as-built/record purposes. This includes but is not limited to electrical power circuit I.D.’s, communication/network wiring, field panel locations, I.P. addresses, etc.
Responsible for efficiently managing the Technician labor hours on assigned projects
Forecast to and request from the Project Manager any additional labor resources required in a timely manner
Coordinate graphics package deliverables with Project Manager and graphic’s design group
Provide training sessions per specification for all assigned projects. Ensure appropriate personnel are involved in the training program. Request all necessary training information from Project Manager as needed for specific projects, i.e. operator’s manuals, engineering guides, programmer’s manuals

Location: Norfolk County, MA
Qualifications:

Demonstrate a solid working knowledge of simple to complex control systems and associated devices
2 year technical degree or equivalent field experience
4-6 years’ experience in a Lead Technical role
Extensive knowledge of ATC, BMS, BAS, and HVAC control systems
