The Midwest’s premier full-service representative of HVAC equipment, parts and service solutions seeks a Sales Engineer in DuPage County, IL.
Responsibilities Include but Not Limited to:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, consulting engineers, and contractors
Conduct site visits and assessments to understand customer requirements and propose suitable HVAC solutions
Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations to customers
Collaborate with the engineering and project management teams to ensure successful project execution
Provide technical support and guidance to customers on HVAC products and systems
Stay current on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the company’s products and services
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
Negotiate purchase orders, contracts and terms and conditions
Collaborate with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business

Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the HVAC industry, with a focus on commercial and industrial markets
Valid driver\'s license and willingness to travel as needed
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and applications
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
Positive attitude and a commitment to professionalism, integrity, and sound judgment
Self-motivated and self-starting with a results-driven approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace and CRM software
