This leading organization currently has an opening for a Commercial HVAC Project Sales Engineer in Allegheny County, PA.
Title: Commercial HVAC Project Sales EngineerResponsibilities Include but Not Limited to:
Sell and market HVAC mechanical solution projects
Work directly with building owners, facility managers, and contractors to identify needs, develop tailored HVAC solutions, and guide projects from initial opportunity through final proposal
Develop new customers and new market channels
Perform site surveys, estimate, prepare and propose consultative sales proposals to meet the customers’ needs
Maintain customer activity and documentation in CRM software
Maintain calendar, set regular appointments, and execute follow up tasks
Meet company revenue and gross profit dollar goals
Location: Allegheny County, PAQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent related experience
Comfortable with Microsoft Products including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Minimum 5 years sales experience in the HVAC industry
Able to make decisions on the spot
Work well under pressure
Possess good customer service and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to build rapport with customers
