Responsibilities Include but Not Limited to:
Selling DDC controls projects and renewable maintenance contracts to new and existing customers including building owners, contractors and engineers
Convert leads into opportunities by applying the appropriate sales process, identifying the appropriate contact within the customer’s organization and providing appropriate, effective solutions
Develop relationships with multiple buying influences in the customer’s organization, including executive level customers, facility managers, project managers, project engineers, construction and purchasing
Gather and validate preliminary information and perform facility walkthrough, construction plan review or other requirements
Determine project needs, constraints, and responsibilities to meet all of the customer’s HVAC system design and installation requirements
Select, price, and integrate equipment, controls, and services for each project as needed
Present the proposal and negotiates price, terms, and conditions with customer
Territory Covered: New York City/New Jersey Market
Qualifications:
3+ years of professional experience in commercial HVAC building automation, HVAC mechanical equipment or fire & security sales to building owners or building managers
Previous experience selling in the assigned geographical territory
Track record that demonstrates sales success
