Responsibilities Include but Not Limited to:

Continually build and maintain a network of industry contacts and support company recruiting efforts

Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new mechanical Project Sales Reps (PSRs) for Denver
Gain an understanding of the customer base and assign sales reps to accounts based on technical ability and personality
Conduct annual performance evaluations for assigned personnel and follow up regularly regarding progress toward identified ADP goals
Use sales tools (CRM, SharePoint, proposal templates, estimate workbooks, etc.) with a high level of proficiency; especially with pipeline management, workflows, closing out assigned cases, and pricing
Train team members in the use of sales tools and hold them accountable for adoption and consistent usage
Achieve the mechanical project sales plan in assigned territory
Coach sales reps on company methods of managing accounts for higher customer retention and a greater customer experience
Demonstrate leadership in strategic sales; including use of Challenger selling concepts, Gap Selling principles, financing, and bundled solutions
Collaborate and communicate with GM’s and operational leaders

Responsible for maximizing sales through assisting customers in the selection and purchase of mechanical products and services while following all company policies and procedures

Maintain knowledge and insights into the geographical markets assigned; including vertical markets, macroeconomic factors, and competition.

Location: Denver, CO
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree recommended
10+ overall years of commercial mechanical sales experience with proven success
Minimum 3 years in a leadership role in commercial HVAC installation, design build project sales or maintenance/service sales
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage a team
Strong financial acumen
Must possess a valid driver’s license and currently maintain a safe driving record as required by the company’s insurance provider
