Responsibilities Include but Not Limited to:
Perform plumbing and HVAC tasks, i.e. changing toilets, faucets, pumps, and basic troubleshooting of equipment
Have a good understanding of commercial & residential plumbing service, construction, and retro-fit work
Perform services using sewer cleaning equipment
Service, repair and replace all types of water heaters, hydronic boilers, etc.
Install equipment or parts and perform general maintenance on plumbing equipment
Customer based activities requiring an individual possessing traits of decisiveness, initiative, tact, judgement, integrity, dependability, and the ability to communicate in a credible manner
Display timely, efficient and profitable accomplishment of assigned jobs and tasks
Repairs and installation of HVAC/Hydronic/Geothermal Systems
Location: St. Cloud, Minnesota
Minimum 3 years’ experience as plumber
Journeyman or Master Plumbing license recommended
Experience with sewer cleaning equipment and HVAC equipment
Understand state and local plumbing codes and HVAC codes
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with a neat and clean appearance
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. as necessary and up to 50 lbs. repetitively
Ability to climb up and down a ladder carrying tools, equipment, and/or parts in safe manner
Ability to work efficiently given time pressures, non-standard schedule, extreme weather conditions, varying customer needs and demands, and back-log constraints
Knowledge, and proven skills in accurately diagnosing and efficiently accomplishing a job to the mutual benefit of the customer and the organization
Mechanical ability and excellent problem solving skills
Current driver’s license and the ability to safely operate a motor vehicle
Interest and initiative in maintaining plumbing skills through a combination of self-study, workshops, and other development activities.
