A highly respected provider of commercial and industrial HVAC mechanical and building automation solutions seeks a Service Manager.
Responsibilities Include but Not Limited to:
Manage a high volume of incoming telephone calls for all departments and personnel
Triage calls, direct to proper individual, take messages, notify accordingly
Manage monthly vendor statements: gather and prepare invoices for payment for A/P
Enter subcontractor invoices for A/P
Issue tax exempt certificates when appropriate
Monthly entry of credit card statements
Ensure proper and thorough execution of maintenance contracts
Data entry of various items such as: entering invoices (incoming/outgoing) for billing and A/P; contracts; material supply orders
Ordering and tracking of materials
Generate system created work orders
Coordinate tools and equipment schedules and maintain tracking system
Track and document receipt of materials
Coordination with Sales Department on all aspects of new equipmentstart-ups
Coordinate all aspects of warranty related issues including: parts, labor,administration, start-up, etc.
Location: Millstone Township, NJ
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years’ experience managing incoming telephone calls
Strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office Suites and financial software such as QuickBooks
Desire to exceed customer expectations
Demonstrated ability to function effectively in a team-oriented environment
Excellent planning, communication and organizational skills and the ability to coordinate a variety of tasks simultaneously
Strong desire to learn and apply multiple disciplines and to grow professionally
