Due to the rapid growth in these sectors we are seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator (entry level to associate level).
We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Coordinator (entry level to associate level) to execute our inside sales strategy at Schaper Associates Inc.
Reporting directly to the President, you will implement our inside sales strategy, assist with marketing efforts, job postings, social media and inside sales calls to potential customers.
Draft recruiting and marketing InMails and e-mails
Prepare marketing lists from various sources
Send emails and InMails in database via constant contact and LinkedIn
Introductions calls to potential customers to set appointment for recruiters
Research companies and individuals appropriate for marketing and recruiting efforts.
Write and post advertisements on: LinkedIn, Indeed and Career Builder Job boards.
Create marketing campaigns, draft and run new promotions
Manage groups on LinkedIn, drive traffic to groups
Drive traffic to our referral affiliate program, Schaper Associates LinkedIn Page and Schaper Newsletter;
Work on increasing traffic to Facebook page
Come up with article ideas and assign articles to Upwork Article writer. Proof and edit articles Post articles on LinkedIn Schaper Page, LinkedIn Groups, Facebook on a weekly basis
Occasionally attend trade shows with recruiters and develop a lead generation program
Post sales follow-ups
Administrative duties such as data entry, writing, managing leads
- Excellent telephone sales personality and skills
- Expertise in CRM software solutions
- Prominent organization and presentation skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Highly energetic and self-starter
- Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills
- Able to multi-task the activities with shifting priorities
- Should be honest, assertive and systematic
- Relevant training in inside sales preferred
