Title: Commissioning Manager
Colorado’s leading representative of premium, cutting edge HVAC systems seeks a Commissioning Manager to support installation and startup of their products through the technicians. . This position will coach/train/troubleshoot issues with 5-6 technicians. This role will require working in the field with the technicians on daily basis and interaction with sales and engineering.
Responsibilities Include but Not Limited to:
Responsible for training and developing up to six (6) HVAC
Responsible for hiring/terminating of Service
Mentoring HVAC Field Technicians by providing
technical advice and offering guidance.
Maintaining company standards by reviewing
Responsible for identifying possible cost saving
opportunities and/or minimizing risk items that will occur on various projects.
Maintains customer satisfaction by investigating
concerns, implementing corrective action, and communicating with customers and
Performs electrical and mechanical inspection on
equipment to ensure peak performance.
Be familiar with specific preventative
maintenance including belt adjustments, oiling, greasing and cleaning of
Ability to interpret engineering drawings in
reference to layout, location and operation of the system(s).
Represents the company in a positive manner to
other trades, contractors and owners.
Advises owner/representative of preventive
maintenance inspections performed and corrective actions to be taken, and
offers service quotes to provide those services.
Adjusts processes as required to be beneficial
Works in a team-based environment to share
information and workload while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Submits required paperwork in a timely manner.
Must work in a safe manner on a daily basis and
ensure that all safety measures are taken at all times.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Flexibility to work outside normal work
hours/weekends, as required, anticipated to be infrequent
Some travel requirements with some overnight
Territory: Colorado, USA
Mechanical Engineering degree preferred with
seven to ten years of Commercial HVAC or related experience.
Experience in a leadership position.
Moderate PC skills in Microsoft including Word,
Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Own car and with minimum insurance coverage of
250/500 coverage required OR have a clean record that you can use a company vehicle
Clear Driving Record with current valid license
Clean Drug Test.
