is seeking a Commercial Sales Manager.  The right individual is self-directed with a

Duties:

·        
This
position will be responsible for leading a high performing sales team in Northeast
NYC and will drive the sales of our HVAC commercial equipment

·        
The
Commercial Sales Manager is responsible for sales/margin and revenue based on
a defined plan that is reviewed quarterly and will be responsible for
developing and implementing market strategies aimed at driving growth across
all product lines.

·        
Successfully
motivate and mentor Sales Engineers and Territory Managers to achieve monthly
sales and performance objectives.

·        
Develop
and manage delivery of on-going training and education programs for sales
team.

·        
Partner
with company region leadership to devise and deploy sales
objectives and goals for the assigned market sales team, including sales
targets, budget preparation, margin enhancement, and business development.

·        
Ability to
develop sales growth plans, identifies business development opportunities,
and manages margins with your sales team

Education and Experience:

  • AA/AS degree in
    Business, Marketing or related degree required.

  • Bachelor’s degree
    preferred. 

Location:  NYC

Qualifications:  

  • Minimum
    5-7 years of experience in sales and has technical experience.
  • Strong leader with excellent communication skills, a
    strong work ethic, high energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for sales.
  • Previous experience in a sales leadership capacity
    preferably within the HVAC or distribution industry preferable.
  • Must possess and illustrate ability to meet and
    exceed sales objectives.
  • Knowledge of and previous selling experience in the
    HVAC industry.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to participate in
    evening and travel 50%.
  • Established professional network in the HVAC market.
  • Must be a self-starter, articulate and possess
    excellent presentation, phone and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications: Power Point,
    Excel and Word.
