Commercial Sales Manager is responsible for sales/margin and revenue based on
a defined plan that is reviewed quarterly and will be responsible for
developing and implementing market strategies aimed at driving growth across
all product lines.

sales and performance objectives.
and manage delivery of on-going training and education programs for sales
with company region leadership to devise and deploy sales

Education and Experience:
AA/AS degree in
Business, Marketing or related degree required.
5-7 years of experience in sales and has technical experience.
- Strong leader with excellent communication skills, a
strong work ethic, high energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for sales.
- Previous experience in a sales leadership capacity
preferably within the HVAC or distribution industry preferable.
- Must possess and illustrate ability to meet and
exceed sales objectives.
- Knowledge of and previous selling experience in the

- Established professional network in the HVAC market.
- Must be a self-starter, articulate and possess
excellent presentation, phone and written communication skills.
