Title: Residential Sales Rep

Company Description: Our client, a prestigious HVAC company specializing in both residential and light commercial HVAC solutions, is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative. The right individual will be a self-starter, with the ability to build rapport with customers and close business. Responsibilities Include but Not Limited to:

  • You will diligently follow up on leads and close sales for HVAC equipment and replacement projects
  • Complete tracking system (CRM) and appropriate order forms and proposals
  • Understand the four primary product lines and successfully graduate the technical training courses for each
  • Hit a 40% close rate and ability to generate additional leads and new business
  • Develop new sales leads from customer referrals and when going to existing leads
  • Close sales
  • Follow up with customer get testimonials and referrals

Greater DC Market


  • Must have 2 years’ in-home sales experience and have HVAC product knowledge
  • Must be able to show a proven track record of professional sales success (i.e. sales reports, ranking, sales awards attained, etc.) and strong closing skills
  • Strong desire to make over 6 figures. Company’s sales reps can make well over that.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently
  • Looking for entrepreneurial top sales people that want to grow with company and will help modify processes and structure during growth
  • Must have high energy with positive attitude
  • Professional image
