client, a very strong HVAC contractor in Chester County PA is
currently seeking a Residential Sales person with the strong communications and sales skills.  The right individual will have the
personality to close sales and develop referrrals from customers.  The territory will be a 30 mile radius from Westchester PA. On this team you will enjoy
working at a place that offers a strong commitment to their customers and treats their employees like family not to mention a great benefit and commsision package.

Responsibilities Include but Not Limited to:

  • You will be selling HVAC service, maintenance contracts and retrofit
    projects to residential accounts and light commercial accounts
  • Achieve assigned sales goals
  • Uncover, identify and demonstrate a
    clear understanding of customer’s needs.
  • When necessary, develop specialized
    presentations to propose larger complex projects.
  • Organize quoting, booking and sales
    activity records and reports.
  • Survey, qualify, estimate, propose and sell mechanical and or
    controls, service & repair jobs, and maintenance contracts.
  • Identify new and replacement prospects; select proper
    equipment, analyze payback and other factors, and propose and close
    projects.
  • Builds and manages long term customer
    relationships/partnerships with target building owners. Responsible for
    customer satisfaction. Positions renewable service agreements as the
    foundation of managed account relationships. Executes the sales process to
    aid in cultivating and managing long-term relationships and in seeking
    out, qualifying and closing new sales opportunities.
  • Utilizes sales tools to plan and document sales progress as
    well as increase business opportunity in current accounts.
  • Achieve assigned maintenance contract and service sales
    goals.
  • Make formal and informal product and service presentations to
    customers and prospects.
  • Get involved in renewal of maintenance contracts when sales
    skills are required to avoid cancellation.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Successful
    track record selling HVAC service, maintenance contracts and retrofit projects
    to residential and light commercial accounts.
  • Desire to
    go above and beyond
  • Strong
    communication skills
  • The
    ability to open doors and close deals
  • Strong
    desire to earn a six figure income
  • 3-15 years
    strong track in sales selling service or intangible.
